A rare World War II color photograph of American Volunteer Group pilot Chuck Older on the wing of his Curtiss P-40. Older was Flight Leader of the Flying Tigers Squadron Three, “Hells Angels”. One of the AVG’s first aces, he finished the war with 18 victories. The original photograph in our collection has been autographed by Chuck Older. This is a copy of the original that is available for purchase.

Photograph credit: Unknown. Photograph provided by Chuck Older.

The photographs are processed on long-life archival paper. Due to resolution limitations with the original photograph, this photograph is available only in 4” x 6” for $5.  The rectangular format of the original will give an image that is 6" long, but less than 4" tall. Framing History can provide a mat cut for the image size and to fit a 5"x7" frame for an additional $5. Price includes shipping in a secure package so your photographs will arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us with any questions.
